FORSA is looking for a passionate specialized curriculum developer and trainer to build and deliver a course that covers series of topics on personal development skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Development of learning content on 10 personal development topics. Each topic is a content for a 20-minutes video.
2. The trainer should present in these videos as part of the course (FORSA team is responsible to produce these videos)
3. The selected candidate will be assisted by a team of designers who will help create designs and videos per the trainer's requests as the course indicates, and will have access to FORSA office in Amman to work on the curriculum, coordinate with the designers, and consult FORSA team.
Note: The selected trainer will start their post in June, and will have a period of one month to finish all topics of the curriculum, followed by a period of two months of coordination with the designers to finalize the associated designs and videos.
Characteristics and Qualifications:
- Living in Jordan
- Fluency in Arabic
- Good experience in curriculum development
- Good training experience
- Good presentation skills
- Creativity, availability, and commitment.
