Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Call Center Executive in Doha, Qatar.
Duties & responsibilities
- Make announcements in English and Arabic and pages the relevant person the visitor or co-workers asked to see.
- Operates the switchboard in a professional manner.
- Attends the calls and queries promptly and courteously.
- Operates the store paging and music system.
- Ensures awareness of all emergencies and evacuation procedures and list codes.
- Deals with internal operator issues.
- Handles routine customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
- Ensures all customer's queries are attended to in a professional manner.
- Compiles and supports FAQ details for ease of use.
- Improving customer service in the store and answering customers' queries.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum of high school qualification.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
