Nestle is seeking a qualified Distribution Supervisor to join the team and start working in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for 2020. In this role, you will drive improvement on primary network (cross docking), secondary network and new distribution models. In addition to, distribution data management to generate reports to identify opportunity to improve the service to customer and drive cost efficiency, and be the point of contact to drive and win collaboration with the key customers.
Tasks:
- Drive daily analysis on distribution cost and performance.
- Ensuring best in class service to customer through a sustainable and efficient distribution network.
- Guaranty full alignment with the local legislation related to the distribution network.
- Consolidate and strengthen the processes and best practices in Physical Logistics & distribution network.
- Drive analysis and reporting across the function and develop common reporting.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field.
- FMCG Experience is a must.
- Demonstrate ability to understand business environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Experience in coordinating successfully project team members and super user.
- Experience in cross-functional projects under the scope of Supply Chain.
