Opportunity description

Amaris company requires an HR specialist in Singapore. Amaris is an independent, international Technologies and Management Consulting Group. In 2019, Amaris aims to reach a turnover of 350 million euros, 6500 employees and to develop it's work forces with the anticipation of a further 2000 new job openings. It expects to triple its workforce within the next few years and reach a leading international position in independent consulting.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. You should have BSc or MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
  2. You must have from 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources field.
  3. Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer or other HR position.
  4. You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  5. It's preferred to be curious and enthusiastic.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented.
  7. You must have the skills of autonomy, adaptability, problem-solving and attention to detail.
  8. Proficient in MS-Office.
  9. Good command of English, especially in both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing HR group policies on your scope.
  • Ensuring that the employment contracts and any HR legal documents are in line with Labor & Social Laws.
  • Ensuring that the compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies as well as government regulations.
  • Coordinating the annual employee performance appraisal with Directors & managers.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process of the employees.
  • Responsible for the effective conduct of monthly salary process.
  • Administering internal communication in collaboration with the Director.
  • Responsible for the coordination and logistics of the training.
  • Organizing the events and HR projects.
  • Contributing to the lean management and improvement of HR processes.
