Job Opportunity as a Project Manager at Aramex in Jordan 2021

Aramex is looking for a talented Project Manager to be responsible for the Scanning operations to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan for 2021.

Key areas of responsibility:

1. Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
2. Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
4. Planning work schedule and coordinating project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Job requirements:

1. University Degree in a related field preferably in IT or Industrial Engineering.
2. 3 - 5 years previous experience in Scanning & archiving project management.
3. Experience with government projects & large scale projects preferable.
4. PMP certification (a must).
5. Microsoft Excel Proficiency.
6. This position requires good communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally.
7. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
