Opportunity description
Chalhoub Group is looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Full Stack Developer to join and work with the team in 2020. The Developer will be responsible for building and operating the next generation of services for the Group’s industry leading e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Development team to ensure technical requirements and design is understood, best practices are followed for functionality, performance and security.
- Design, implement and support commerce platform APIs.
- Perform development on key components of the system.
- Research platform capabilities identify opportunities as it relates to eCommerce roadmap.
Eligibility criteria:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL/SOQL and REST API.
- Strong background, understanding of Commerce Cloud platform capabilities, architecture, design and development.
- Pixel perfect design to website transformation, HTML, CSS (SCSS, BEM), JavaScript (ES5, ES6, React, Webpack), NPM, Git.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
- Experience with integrations to back-end systems.
- Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile development processes.
- Hands on experience on GIT and continuous integration.
- Experience on E-Commerce implementation is a plus.
- Having good organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high performing team.
- Being customer-orientated and giving importance to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with remote teams is a plus.
