Job Opportunity as a Security Maintenance Specialist from Orange in Egypt

Orange offers a job opportunity as a security maintenance specialist. The maintenance specialist is a key actor in service operations and build. The role is responsible for overseeing maintenance activation and maintenance renewal activities running smoothly, efficiently and effectively. The role is part of the security department and it is interlocked with all key roles in the department.

Eligibility:

You must have:

1. B.Sc. degree in business, IT, MIS (or other relevant areas).
2. Be fluent in French language skills (written and spoken).
3. At least 3 years of work experience in the IT industry participating in external customer-facing projects.
4. Good understanding of IT and information security concepts & solutions.
5. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to interlock with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to understand complex services and identify manageable sub-components and service improvement plans.
8. Be team spirit oriented and teamwork skills in multicultural environments.
9. Be autonomous and results-oriented.
10. Good understanding of Orange business services organization, processes and tools.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Be the primary point of contact in regards to equipment maintenance activities.
• Fulfill build team requests for maintenance activation.
• Update CMDB (2IM) for security managed devices.
• Licenses renewal: keep track of all licenses subscribed for managed security, launch regular ordering for renewal and requesting installation to operational teams.
• Digicert certificates renewal: keep track of expirations, trigger operational teams to update the certificates and proceed with annual ordering toward DigiCert.
• Handle the invoices corresponding to placed orders.
• Liaise with key roles to determine product and service needs.
• Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.
• Identify and research potential new suppliers.
