Job Opportunity as a Technical Support Engineer at AlFuttaim in UAE

AlFuttaim offers a job opportunity to work as a technical support engineer in UAE. You will be responsible for the innovation, technical and commercial analysis, total cost analysis and efficiency enhancement in the technical procurement process. This role is mission critical in achievement and execution parts and service.

 Eligibility:

You must have:

• Mechanical engineering degree.
• 2 years working experience.
• Integrity and analytical skills.
• Be customer orientated.
• Hi level of written and spoken quality communication. 
• Computer literate.
• Teamwork, planning and organizing skills.
• Assertiveness and task orientated

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

1. Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-focus on outcomes not tasks.
2. Provide technical support to procurement team.
3. Provide prompt technical support for the procurement function.
4. Provide support to management.
5. Conduct and complete implementation of new projects, product evaluation, special campaigns.
6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of procurement especially for RTA bus contracts related projects. 
7. Support to service team for parts.
8. Inputs collection for initial stocking orders of parts, analysis of parts availability.
9. Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job.
10. Robust and thorough understanding and execution of data analysis principles, methods and procedures.
11. Ability to effectively use electronic parts catalogues, technical literature.
12. Support customer relations dept., sales & marketing, fleet and parts.
13. Support external and internal customers with continuous improvement mind set in achieving customer satisfaction and product improvement goals.
