Opportunity description

Al Babtain Group offers a unique job opportunity to join its team in Kuwait as a Sales Executive in the field of selling cars and accessories. He will be responsible for identifying potential customers and ensuring their satisfaction by providing the best services during the sale and after-sales process, maintaining a good relationship with current customers and achieving the company's aspired sales and profits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential customers with specific route plan based on allocated territory and customer classification.
  • Convince the customers highlighting special features and benefits of the represented product and ensure conversion. 
  • Initiate creation of customer account with approved credit terms as per company guidelines.
  • Secure commercial documents to complete the sales process.
  • Follow-up and collect due payments as agreed credit terms. 
  • Monitor Product performance in coordination with the technical department and create testimonials for future reference. 
  • Pre-empt customer needs and submit sales forecast to ensure timely ordering to meet customer demand.
  • Track competition in terms of new product introductions special promotions and product failures and report periodically.
  • Retain active customer base by assuring timely delivery and best in class after-sales service.
  • Continuously develop new customer base to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Have a bachelor's degree (MBA Preferable).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the same position, Similar field is preferable.
  • Sales and Marketing.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
  • Active Listening.
  • Customer Service.
  • Negotiation. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
