Job Opportunity at Aramex in Egypt: IT Executive

Aramex is looking for IT Executive to work with its team in Al Iskandarīyah, Egypt.  

Requirements:

• Experience: (0-2)yr.  IT Background (windows server, SQL servers. MS office …etc.).
• Education: Information Technology / Computer Science
• Language: Fluent English  
• Location: K4.5 branch.
• Basic Courses: MCSE & CCNA.
• Flexible with monthly rotation (night shift/ morning shift)
• Live in Heliopolis/ Nasr city. (preferred) .

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously support and address all country employee’s IT issues
• Resolve all employee Help desk within the time frame
• Assist Aramex clients upon setting up e-tools (CTS, EPOD, Integrations, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives
• Self-development and skill improvement
• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
• Achieve set annual KPI ( key performance indicator)’s and develop oneself on skill gaps
• Implement department strategy to achieve IT station’s goal
• Perform tasks related to new IT system implementations on site
• Send new hardware/software request to the procurement department
• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• set up workstations for new employees (software/hardware)
• setup and manage local scanners
• support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on workstations/scanners and ensure the latest software updates deployment.
• Maintain local servers (lync, avaya, etc.) and responsible for local data center.
• Manage data Backup schedules and physical backup media storage
• Ensure implementation of the latest software security patches and updates
• Run scheduled antivirus and resolve threats immediately as it occurs
• Monitor local servers health, link status for all country branches and call center systems
• Handle GCS and resolve cases on a daily basis
• Manage local SQL server where applicable.
• maintain annual inventory of all IT related assets (hardware and software)
• Supervise and follow up on tasks given to external IT companies
• Handle all systems issues related to security, card access team, networking team, maintenance team, Queue system, Hoshan for Printers/Scanners
• Follow up with internet and telecom providers
• Assist in developing software to ease procedures (COD System, Aramex Cashier system)
• Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies
