Job Opportunity at Azadea in the Algeria: Senior Loss Prevention Officer

Azadea Company is looking for a Senior Loss Prevention Specialist to be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Loss Prevention programs. He/she should perform periodic inspections and conduct investigations on accidents causing injuries and damages to the company’s property.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of loss Prevention processes which include shrinkage control, cycle count analysis, and action plans design per store.
2. Make recommendations for the purchase of new or improved safety systems and equipment.
3.  Monitor compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Make the loss Prevention and security reports including the accident frequency and severity rates.
5. Prepare periodic status reports and cost analysis on loss Prevention programs.
6. Verify the correction of unsafe work conditions and monitor disciplinary actions which result from safety programs.
7. Perform spot checks on stores to monitor schedules and evaluate potential risks during nonconventional working hours such as weekends, evenings.

The Conditions:

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in loss Prevention.
2. Bachelor's Degree in the retail industry or related fields.
3.  Proficiency in MS Office. 
4. Fluency in English.
