Opportunity description
Azadea Company is looking for a Senior Loss Prevention Specialist to be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Loss Prevention programs. He/she should perform periodic inspections and conduct investigations on accidents causing injuries and damages to the company’s property.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of loss Prevention processes which include shrinkage control, cycle count analysis, and action plans design per store.
- Make recommendations for the purchase of new or improved safety systems and equipment.
- Monitor compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Make the loss Prevention and security reports including the accident frequency and severity rates.
- Prepare periodic status reports and cost analysis on loss Prevention programs.
- Verify the correction of unsafe work conditions and monitor disciplinary actions which result from safety programs.
- Perform spot checks on stores to monitor schedules and evaluate potential risks during nonconventional working hours such as weekends, evenings.
The Conditions:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in loss Prevention.
- Bachelor's Degree in the retail industry or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
