Delivery hero announces a job opportunity in UAE as a compensation and benefits specialist.
Eligibility:
You must have:
- From 2 to 3 years of work experience in compensation and benefits.
- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Take a consultative approach to how you interact with stakeholders.
- A keen business sense, and know how to manage strategic stakeholders in the business.
- Excellent communication skills and are able to train and explain compensation strategies to employees, People operations partners, and managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and across all levels of the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Design and develop the compensation philosophy and strategy for the company, which should be in line with the work culture & company objectives.
- Ensure that the compensation practices are in compliance with country legislation.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on fixed earning, total earning and non-financial compensation.
- Find out what motivates & engages employees.
- Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness, and fairness of existing programs and present to management findings and alternative solutions.
- Partner with the people operations team in defining and implementing annual compensation reviews.
