Opportunity description
Delivery Hero is looking for a Brand Manager for a 1-year maternity leave cover to join the Brand team at the incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted brand adviser to senior marketing teams, consulting local markets on branding projects and topics.
- Use complex market research data results to make informed strategic decisions and proposals based on findings.
- Become the go-to stakeholder for all brand topics related to your responsible markets.
- You will project manage complex branding initiatives and projects, working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and markets.
- Plan and prepare branding workshops for senior stakeholders.
- Support relevant, on-brand concept & visual development alongside Delivery Hero design and campaigns teams.
- You deliver meaningful data and insights about Delivery Hero users to encourage new thinking or new behaviors that will lead to growth, innovation, profitability, and market share gains.
Required Qualifications:
- You have 6+ years of experience in consumer branding/research agency, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
- You are a complex problem solver who can define, assess, solve problems, and communicate back to leadership in a clear and concise fashion.
- An analytical and logical thinker, as comfortable with independently analyzing market research data as with handling unexpected questions in a meeting.
- A collaborative team player, with experience in leading cross-cultural projects.
- You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal, with experience presenting both data and creative concepts.
