Opportunity description

Nestlé is looking for a Field Sales Representative to work in the company branch in Kuwait in order to build and maintain long term client relations. If you are a people person, then this job is yours as you will be the main point of contact between Nestlé and its clients. Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world. You will work on achieving sales targets by maximizing growth opportunities per category.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Representative, your job is to:

  1. Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate the negotiation of the contract.
  2. Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products.
  3. Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management.
  4. Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in the store.
  5. Ensure correct product handling and condition on a shelf as per company policy and follow up with merchandisers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Ensure on-shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandiser and following up with store visits.
  7. Ensure collection and financial reconciliation made in line with Nestlé set payment terms.
  8. Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities, and other required reports and forms.

Conditions:

  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales or related field.

  1. Persistent and reliable.
  2. Confident and enthusiastic.
  3. Customer-oriented.
  4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
