Opportunity description

P&G is looking for an Associates Sales Manager to be in charge of maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with the company's customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with the customer.
  2. Acquiring a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  3. Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the shoppers, categories, and market.
  4. Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to your specific client.
  5. Negotiating about contracts, promo plans, and innovations.
  6. Preparing volume forecast and plans.
  7. Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with 0–3 years of meaningful Sales experience in environment  of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) (Preferred).
  2. A born leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.
  3. Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales and Marketing.
  4. Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work.
  5. Strong analytical thinking and skills.
