P&G is looking for a Sales Key Account Specialist to be part of the company's team in Casablanca, Morocco.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Key Account Specialist you will:

• Impact brands that touch consumers' lives all over the world while influencing customers and distributors to build their business through merchandising and pricing actions on P&G's brands.
• Develop assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research.
• Design business plans which will deliver each brand volume, share objectives while helping customers develop programs that will build the business for them and for P&G.
• Be P&G's external face in the market. It offers you an outstanding opportunity to work with the customers (retailers) in activities spanning from field sales to key account management and sales support in different teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with 0 – 5 years of meaningful Sales experience in an FMCG environment (Preferred).
• A born leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.
• Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales.
• Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work.
• Strong analytical thinking and skills.
• Good command of the French & English local language.
• Must be a Moroccan Citizen.
