Opportunity description

P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Baby Care Senior Designer to join the team in Ohio, United States for 2021. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute design for key projects and initiatives using the Baby Care’s Design Strategy.
  2. Collaborate with the Innovation Design Leader to create the Design Strategy Fundamentals.
  3. Participate and collaborate with multi-functional teams - Strong Design Mastery in assembled soft goods - Understand and leverage key design tools.
  4. Translate insights and observations into winning consumer propositions.
  5. Strong project and people development skills.
  6. Ability to influence a senior leader’s point of view.
  7. Grow mastery and understanding of design in others.
  8. Leverage understanding of the Company and Design Discipline organization structure to navigate and get work done.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in: Industrial Design or Product Design (or other related degree and/or work-related experience).
  2. 4-6 years of Assembled goods/soft goods industrial design, either corporate or consultancy experience.
  3. Experience leading a team of designers to create and execute against technology platforms.
  4. Deep understanding on materials and properties of nonwovens and films is a plus.
