Revton is looking for a person to join its team in Jordan as a Strategy Associate, where he will assist in the implementation of the company strategic plan through the identification of the company approach and prioritize actions to achieve the goals of all business units in the company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the company goals.
- Assist in creating a data-driven culture by utilizing data analytics to drive internal decisions on matters related to employee efficiency and KPIs, synthesize and visualize data to top-level management.
- Perform advanced feasibility analysis on big-business decisions and steer the firm towards the optimal course of action.
- Monitor competitive trends and the development of peer-like companies infer competitors’ critical success factors and present findings to the management.
- Prepare industry reports for external existing and prospective clients covering wide sub-sectors of e-commerce.
- Publish continuously-updated country reports that discuss the current development of e-commerce in those respective countries.
- Assist the Business Development team on ad-hoc proposals requests.
- Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or any other analytical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Details & deadline-Oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
