Majid Al Futtaim Company is offering a job opportunity as Baby & Children Section Manager where the employee will work in the textile department in one of the branches of the company, which will be opened soon.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote & implement the group strategy towards "customer Satisfaction".
- Control the assortment, the quality & the prices of the products within his / her section.
- Achieve or exceed the financial goal of his / her section in terms of turnover & margin.
- Guarantee the team's professional image through continuous training & follow up.
- Control & minimize waste.
- To make sure of effective implementation of Product safety & quality management.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree and/or professional qualifications.
- Fluent English.
- Computer skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience:3-5 years exp as Section Manager in Textile.
