Opportunity description

P&G is offering a job opportunity in Human Resources for a Talent Associate Manager to join the team in Casablanca, Morocco for 2019. As an HR professional, you will play a strategic role in the success of global brands and - most importantly- of talented people. In this role, you will work with people across different countries and cultures, learn some talent practices and own the hiring and development of talent that will shape the future of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will assess the local needs of different internal customers cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance...) to define the best strategy and provide them with the right talent at the right time.
  2. You will use Employer Branding strategy and initiatives in your markets to build a robust pipeline and attract the best graduate and expert talent to apply for a long term career at P&G.
  3. You will source top talent through online and in-person sourcing to deliver the right talent at the right time to serve business needs.
  4. You will collaborate with both the local HR team and the Regional Recruiting organization to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  5. You will lead Learning and Development in your organization and engage with the organization to understand learning needs.
  6. You will have access to top learning material to deploy within your organization.

Qualifications:

  1. You have at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  2. You have a passion for HR with maximum of 3 years of working experience. Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience at all, the company is going to help you grow and improve a career. 
  3. You love being in a multicultural, collaborative and diverse environment.
  4. You have fantastic interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt your communication style to different situations and individuals.
  5. You love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.
  6. You know how to lead, set priorities, and deliver what you commit to.
  7. You have the ability to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment.
  8. You are able to conduct business in English, French, and Arabic.
  9. You are a Moroccan citizen.
