Opportunity description

Nestle offers a job opportunity for a Digital and Social Media Manager in Cairo, Egypt for 2020. A Digital and Social Media Lead will be responsible for managing Digital Social Media operations for the region under the scope of NBS Cairo.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  1.  Act as a Nestle Business Services ambassador to establish NBS Digital & Social Media in partnership with the markets in scope.
  2. Drive adoption of NBS services in alignment with global functional roadmaps.
  3. Identify opportunities with the markets for new service portfolio.
  4. Run business analytics and consumer research techniques using the provided tools.
  5. Extract deep consumer knowledge & competitive intelligence from multiple sources of information (structured and non-structured).
  6. Generate market/function insights based on trend/brand/consumer/shopper/competitive knowledge through Real time data mining and interpretation of internal/external social media data.
  7. Ensure Business Continuity Plan for the Digital & Social Media operations.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Via Automation).
  9. Develop functional capabilities of the team to support the End to End flow.

Qualifications:

  1.  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field.
  2. Minimum 4~5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Prior experience in Digital Social Media and/or consumer engagement services.
  4. Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead, manage cross-functional teams.
  5. Proficient in Digital and social media tools and platforms.
  6. Strategic vision on Digital Marketing and Consumer Experience.
  7. Strong Leadership and Communication skills.
  8. Strong Analytical Skills.
  9. Ability to work in a challenging environment.
  10. Have a service orientation mindset to support the markets.
