Job Opportunity in Egypt as a Customer Service Assistant at Al Futtaim 2020

Al Futtaim is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the team and work in Cairo, Egypt for 2020.

Key accountabilities:

1. Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
2. Ensure that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
3. Makes announcements and pages the person the visitors have asked to see.
4. Ensures Customers bags are stored safely and security.
5. Ensures all customers’ queries are attended to in a professional manner.
6. Ensures Shopping tools and catalogues are available for the customers.
7. Provides bags / trollies as appropriate.
8. Ensure all system procedures are adhered to as per policy / procedure.
9. Suggests improved ways of working going forwards.
10. Understands the impact of increasing sales with Shopping Tools.
11. Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.

Qualifications:

1. An Egyptian national. 
2. Improving the Customer service in the store and answering customers queries.
3. To represent IKEA brand at the required level.
4. High School.
5. 2 years in a similar role.
