Job Description:

They partner with managers, leaders, and teams across Sumerge to provide the ultimate career opportunity.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provides interpretation and counsel to employees and line management regarding policies, programs, and practices.
  • Provides administrative services covering specific areas of recruitment.
  • Organizes personnel records and ensures the completion and validity of files.
  • Administers personnel attendance and leaves.
  • Participates in conducting internal employee surveys and interviews.
  • Takes part in developing a company culture.
  • Assists in developing a learning curriculum.
  • Assists in applying for benefits programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR
  • Excellent English
  • HR Diploma/ HR major is a Plus
