Opportunity description
Delivery Hero is offering a job Opportunity as a Fintech Specialist to join the team in Berlin, Germany for 2020.
Responsibilities:
- You identify, assess, manage, mitigate, and monitor Fintech focused Operational Process risks of our entities around the world.
- You design, update, and broadcast internal controls for the Fintech related risks to be mitigated, and maintain them in the global Risk and Control matrix.
- You proactively plan and manage global internal control system rollouts/re-assessment, and issue reports to management.
- You maintain data in SAP GRC of the mentioned above.
- You drive Internal control system forward by analyzing and improving existing processes and frameworks.
- You support Fintech related projects or stakeholders providing input to ensure early stage risk-control consideration.
- You support developing and optimizing GRC’s (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Governance Strategy and Community
Qualifications and skills:
- You have a master and/ or bachelor’s degree in Economics, eCommerce, Statistics, or Fintech related areas.
- You gained a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a major Fintech, startup, finance or business consulting company with a focus on Fintech or High-tech, Forensic Audit or Business development Consulting.
- You are process-oriented and problem-solving, your organizational skills are outstanding, you have a get-your-hand-dirty mentality.
- You understand how to transform/translate business requirements into technical and process implementation.
- You convince by your social and communication skills and work cooperatively with other internal departments and external service providers.
- You are willing to do business trips (ca. 25%).
- COSO Certificate (preferred).
