ALPLA offers a  job opportunity for junior IT technician in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Support local users with supervision and training.
• Support and troubleshoot the local mobile phones, client and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues pertaining to cabling and local area network.
• Introduction, operation and maintenance of local needed systems if there is no standard ALPLA solution available (e.g. phone systems) in alignment with regional IT.
• Monitor and service standard ALPLA solutions provided by Corporate IT based on guidelines.
• Daily monitoring of data backup.
• Maintain servers and install updates regularly.
• Management of problems and incidents in collaboration with Region IT, Corporate IT and/or manufacturers (e.g. hardware case handling).
• Participate in regional and corporate projects.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), University of Patras, or equivalent degree from a foreign university.
• Maximum 2 years of experience as an IT technician.
• Fluency in English in both written and oral.
