Opportunity description

Azadea is looking for a qualified Customer Experience Officer to join the team in Jordan’s office in 2019. The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for answering customers’ inquiries and requests and solving customers’ complaints and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and resolve customers’ complaints as per the set service guidelines and scenarios.
  2. Follow up on customers’ inquiries/complaints to enhance business performance and increase customer retention rates.
  3. Identify with the customers their products/services needs and refer their requests/unresolved cases to concerned parties.
  4. Receive customers’ complaints, keep a detailed log of all cases, record actions taken on the system and share highlighted issues with the relevant parties to decide on preventive actions to be taken accordingly.
  5. Research new trends and best practices in the customer experience field.
  6. Analyze Shop Managers' inquiries to identify new initiatives and report them to the Customer Experience Manager.
  7. Respond to customers’ request through online chats and emails, calls and Whatsapp. Incidents should be escalated to the Customer Experience Department.

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge Required:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in retail or Customer Service.
  2. Fluency in English.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Analytical Thinking.
  5. Change and Adaptability.
  6. Communication Skills.
  7. Cultural Awareness.
  8. Customer Focus.
  9. Driving and Achieving results.
  10. Self Confidence.
