Job Opportunity in Jordan: Value Optimization Manager at Aramex 2021

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a value optimization manager in Jordan for 2021.

• Optimize Marketing automation and lead nurturing process to convert the leads and assign them to the right BDM or back to the general funnel
• Propose a new and improved inbound marketing campaigns and content ideas through insights gained from FAQ’s & objections with the content strategist
• Manage the capture of all inbound leads and feed the vertical funnels with clean and precise data.
• Contacting leads based on inbound guidelines offering full spectrum of services 
• Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition & communicate the gap to the solution team.
• Assign the right root cause codes for all leads and communicate the analysis to the solution team.
• Manage a team with pre-defined KPI’s target goals and work on peoples development.

• Bachelor’s in marketing/ Business/ Statistics / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in marketing
• Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with external leads as well as insights, and recommendations to internal teams.
• High ability in communicating analysis and recommendation and business cases to senior management
• Ability to lead a team with short deadlines and challenging financial targets.
