Opportunity description
Aramex is looking for a talented Senior Information Security Analyst to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan for 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Information Security Policies, Procedures, and guidelines and ensure they stay relevant within the growing organization at all times. This includes continuous reviews and adjustments where needed.
- Support the business in data protection exercise by providing expert guidance to department management and business lines to ensure compliance and mitigation of risks.
- Work closely with the procurement and digital teams on reviewing contracts, creating technical documentations, presentations and formulating communications on information security related matters.
- Plans, contributes to, and participates in security incident detection and response..
- Identifies gaps between approved policies and procedures and the operating practices.
- Evaluate tools and applications that support security operations.
- Business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Security, IT related fields (Computer science, computer engineering, telecommunication engineering or electrical engineering).
- Excellent command of English.
- Team Sprit.
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Security.
- Holdings one of the information security certificates (CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge in Risk Assessments and information security domains is a plus.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
