Silkor center has job opportunities in Lebanon as Call Center Agent in Lebanon, to be responsible for performing outbound calls that include telemarketing, general sales, as well as calls for contact list updating, surveys, Cross-selling, and Up-selling.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. University degree in Business or comparable studies.
2. Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
3. Good typing skills.
4. Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
5. Proven track record in sales.
6. About 1-3 years of related experience/responsibility in Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a similar Industry entailing the responsibility of outbound call center activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct 150-200 Calls/Day.
2. Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
3. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to conduct a sale.
4. Describe products and services.
5. Respond to questions.
6. Identify and overcome objections.
7. Take the customer through the sales process.
8. Obtain customer information.
9. Obtain possible customer leads.
10. Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
11. Follow up on Existing contacts.
12. Up-sell and Cross-sell.
13. Produce call reports.
14. Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.
