Opportunity description
P&G is looking for a Brand Identity Designer to join the team and work in Singapore for 2021.
Responsibilities:
- Organizational mastery in leading design projects; Including establishing project scope, project timeline, design creation, organizing creative reviews and lead project deliverables.
- Envision and create new business solutions using the power of design while demonstrating strategic thinking and hands-on executions.
- Develop design vision and strategy by learning from market trends and consumer insights.
- Building the Base; creating and adapting a strong range of design and visual identity assets for reapplication across the region.
- Ensure regional market adoption of global equity.
- Co-create and refine designs to adapt to the nuances and challenges of local markets, driving winning brand propositions.
- Grow into a trusted Design expert who works effectively with the Marketing and Design leaders.
- Lead work with speed; flexibility in uncertain circumstances.
- Pioneer/independent mindset and curiosity with the end-goal in mind.
Qualifications:
- Design degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong foundation in Brand Identity/POS Design with 4-5+ years industry relevant experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating design expertise (strategy and execution).
- Experience in designing within the Health care environment is a plus.
- Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Id, Ps) and 3D software for POS
- Ability to communicate in fluent English both written and spoken.
- Superior project ownership skills; Time management, proactive attitude to create design solutions for business challenges, responsible stewardship of creative output.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to lead the multi-function project team; Ability to influence management effectively.
- Great sense of creativity and passion for design.
- Agility and flexibility to design against tight timelines and unexpected fast paced business demands.
