Opportunity description

P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist as part of the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) at the Singapore Innovation Center for 2020. You will supporte the regional business unit, and will provide regulatory and safety support to enable the launch of multiple innovation and expansion programs across Asia and other regions working closely with the commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide regulatory assessment and project delivery for selected markets and brands.
  2. Lead product registration/notification for launch of new projects in multiple markets.
  3. Execute registration strategies to deliver winning initiatives through preparation of technical and legal dossier.
  4. Lead regulatory compliance tracking to drive clarity on status of compliance.
  5. Leverage internal tools/systems to deliver regulatory assurance.
  6. Collaborate with distributors/customers to support regulatory compliance execution.
  7. Analyze and identify issues related to regulatory compliance schedule and submission capacity.
  8. Collaborate with multi-functional team, raise technical challenges or issues arising from project execution in a timely manner.
  9. Build regulatory execution expertise in multiple product category within P&G and regulatory requirement landscape across Asia and other regions.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Life Sciences or related fields.
  2. 2-3 years’ experience in regulatory and/or product registration related work is preferred.
  3. Experience in preparing regulatory filings is an advantage.
  4. Detail oriented - you must have capability to accurately manage the registration/notification submission schedule and tracking.
  5. Adequate oral and written communication skills in English for common business are a must.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
