Azadea Group in Cairo, Egypt offers job opportunity for a Junior Government Relations Specialist in the human resources department.

Job description:

The Junior Government Relations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the government including VISA, Trade License issues, Legal Permits, Sponsorship Relations and Ministries (Labor, Immigration, Health …) to ensure a smooth administration process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
1 - 2 years of experience in personnel or administrative position
Relevant knowledge of Labor Law and Visa processes
Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English and Arabic

Key Accountabilities:

Handle requests for visas, passports, work and residence permits, social security, ensure that they are properly registered, documented, approved and promptly processed through appropriate authorities
Assist new joiners in filling government related form
Coordinate with the relevant hierarchy the visa process of the future joiners
Process employees’ NSSF (Registration and End of Employment), schedule payment of family allowances on a monthly basis, and ensure meeting deadlines with Governmental departments (if applicable)
Process, validate and submit the Quarterly and Yearly NSSF and MOF Declaration
