Job Vacancy at Adfrom Company as Software Engineer in Lithuania

Adform in Lithuania is hiring software engineer, specialized in front-end developing. The company seeks experienced developers passionate about building a great user experience. The engineer will be a vital part of the software development efforts in Kaunas and will be working in a cross-functional, agile team, with world-class engineers, product managers and leaders located in multiple locations. 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new software solutions from concept to finish, with regular tests and maintenance.
2. Extend existing software solutions.
3. Ensure the quality of the application to enhance the user experience.
4. To understand UX guideline and transfer that to user experience, understand the value of UX.
5. Focus on value delivery for the customer.
6. Work closely with other teams to determine interdependencies.
7. Optimize the efficiency of development workflows.
8. Work closely with and incorporate feedback from product management, client support team, UI/UX designers, and IT Engineers.
9. Write code following Adform standards and market best practices.
10. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
11. Optimize solutions for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 3+ years of hands-on relevant experience in software and product development in building scalable front end (2+ years of strong development skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3; 1+ years of experience using React.JS).
3. Familiarity with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools.
4. Knowledge of React and Redux stack.
5. Experience in ES6 is preferred.
6. Experience with version control systems (Git and GitHub).
7. Experience in building and supporting single-page web applications.
8. Experience with automated testing platforms.
9. A self-starter, self-motivated and can create something from nothing, legendary skills are certainly welcome.
10. Being patient with people that don’t know as much as you and the humility to learn from others.
11. A Can-Do attitude.
12. Good at written and verbal English.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Node.JS is an asset.
2. Experience in GraphQL is a bonus.
3. Experience in Typescript will be an advantage.
