Job in Germany: Mobile Release Engineer at Delivery Hero

Delivery Hero is looking for a qualified Senior Mobile Release Engineer to join the team and work in Berlin, Germany for 2021. 

Responsibilities:

1. Support and improve tools for continuous build and release management.
2. Own manage and improve the release process.
3. Drive release process for iOS and Android apps.
4. Collaborate with various development, QA, operations, and infrastructure teams to maintain high-quality deployment artifacts as they move through the entire deployment pipeline.
5. Build and maintain tools needed during release pushes.
6. Maintaining source control branches and performing integrations with merge conflicts. 
7. Monitoring, creating and maintaining metrics dashboards, reports and documentation of the build/release process.

Qualifications:

1. Experience working in fast-paced mobile iOS and/or Android platforms.
2. Proficient in the use of Bug tracking tools, Git/GitHub, and platform-specific app stores.
3. Experience automating release and build processes.
4. Proficient in use of Continuous Integration tools like Bitrise, Fastlane and Mobile debugging tools for iOS and Android platform.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with sufficient level of technical capability to effectively communicate with engineers and identify technical risks.
6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and experience managing activities across multiple teams.
7. Native mobile apps development experience using Kotlin/Java or/and Swift/Objective-C.
8. Experience in managing App versions, Updates, Alpha, Beta and Prod using Play Store and App Store, Testflight etc.
9. Fastlane knowledge is a must.
