Job in UAE: Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer at Delivery Hero

Delivery Hero is looking for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to start working with the Global Salesforce team in Dubai, UAE for 2020. The task is to understand the strategic business needs and to translate these into the Salesforce platform, so that you can create a dynamic but stable global Salesforce architecture that is adaptable to the local needs. 

Your mission:

1. Support the team in building a cohesive and quality solution by conducting thorough manual testing (functional testing, regression testing, integration testing).
2. Estimation, prioritization, planning of testing activities.
3. System configuration and preparation of test data sets.
4. Organization of test sessions and coordination of testing efforts with other teams.
5. Troubleshooting of issues reported by users.
6. Documentation of the processes.

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in testing Salesforce or web-based applications.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer  in a large company, ideally with a multi-national user/ business base.
3. B.S. or a B.A. college degree or commensurate work experience.
4. Proper understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and ideally also Service Cloud.
5. Understanding of business processes.
6. Direct experience with automated testing.
7. Basic knowledge of agile methodology / processes.
8. Working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management.
9. At least basic understanding of Salesforce coding (APEX, Java etc.).
10. At least a basic understanding of Salesforce integration options.
11. Open to discussions, team-oriented, with a hands-on attitude.
