Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Warranty Cost Clerk who is a UAE national to join the team in Dubai for 2021. The purpose of this role is to perform and end to end process on Warranty claims received by the dealership and submission to the Principle – Toyota Motor Corporation with minimum rejection rate & maximum accuracy.

1. Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes, not tasks.
2. Claim: Claim creation, submission & resubmission of warranty claims for all warranty jobs done in the dealership, to Aftersales Distributor Operation (ADO) - Warranty Dept. as per ADO guidelines.
3. Rejections: Reclaim rejected &/or canceled claims through Aftersales Distributor Warranty.
4. Parts storage: Ensure the Warranty replaced parts are stored and disposed of in the dealership as per Warranty policy. And the point of contact for Internal Audit inspections of the Warranty Room.
5. Approval request: Create an accurate Electronic Warranty Approval Request Form (EWARF) in the SAP as per ADO guidelines.
6. Branch Self Approval (BSA): Review and approve warranty repair as per ADO guidelines.
7. Claim Adjudication: Process warrant claim (Toyota Motor Cooperation & Al-Futtaim Motors Extended Warranty) as per ADO guidelines.

1. University Graduate.
2. Minimum one year of Related Experience.
3. Knowledge of automobile mechanisms.
4. Knowledge of Flat rate manuals.
5. Knowledge of Electronic part catalog
6. Knowledge & usage of SAP & Repair Order Costing
7. Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Powerpoint & Excel.
8. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
9. Knowledge about warranty online system.
10. Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
11. The ability to manage time effectively.
12. Ability to handle multi-tasks.
13. Analytical, Communication skills, Accuracy, Quality, and Quantity In Warranty Processing Time Management, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Teamwork assertiveness.
