Al Hikma Pharmaceuticals is looking for a talented Supply Planning Manager to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan for 2021. 

Responsibilities include:

1. Participate in the creation of all relevant procurement policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
2. Manages the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff to maximize subordinate performance.
3. Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
4. Recommending training needs of subordinates.
5. effectively create and maintain an efficient production schedule that meets customer requirements while minimizing cycle times and effectively utilizing inventory.
    Accountable to generate business data and information to support the supply plans and forecast.
6. Analysis on the plants productivity and follow up with concerned departments.
7. Create level loaded Master Production Schedule while maintaining targeted inventory levels.
8. Ensure a consistent handoff of planning information to the production.
9. Maintain a valid capacity requirements plan that supports the master production schedule.
10. Identify and manage bottlenecks and capacity issues with the Production Management team, co-ordinate internally and externally the resolution of the issues.
11. Liaise with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sales Operation to achieve on time delivery at optimum cost with optimum inventory levels.
12. Lead the development of scheduling tools to increase the level of automation and reduce the manual nature of the Scheduling function.
13. Work with Senior Managers and Sales to reserve capacity as necessary for specific products.
14. lead monthly RCCP with IBP S&OP.
15. Collaborate with TSU and local PMOs to ensure production. readiness for new products as per operational launch readiness.
