Jobs in Poland: Sales Analytics Solution Manager at P&G

P&G is looking for a Sales Analytics Solution Manager to join the Neighborhood Analytics Science (NAS) team and work in Warsaw, Poland for 2021. NAS is a key global service of P&G’s Data & Analytics organization and integrates sophisticated data sources as well as uses P&G’s proprietary algorithm to gain insights at granular level by neighborhood and ties these demand signals with demographic, lifestyle and attitudinal data to optimize Consumer Targeting and Customer Activations.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Service Director to build overall solution strategies – commercialization and communication plan, success metrics, activation, and deployment plan to improve the value of the solution to the business in line with the service strategy.
2. Defines process standards to drive business transformation and work process integration.
3. Work with client and users to align masterplan and portfolio with business unit leaders.
4. Assemble business needs and translate them into requirements for continuous improvements.
5. Work with Data Science on innovation pipeline in line with the service strategy.
6. Work with Data Engineering to ensure the development is on track and operation & support are excellent.

Qualifications:

1. Product / Service Management experience.
2. Data & Analytics experience. Spatial Analysis and Location Intelligence experience along with trade panel data knowledge (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) is a plus.
3. Strategic problem solver with superb communication and collaboration skills.
4. English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience as a Project Manager.
2. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Bricks.
3. Solid grasp on data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
