P&G group offers a job opportunity as a Business Data Analyst in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Data analyst at P&G, you will drive better decision-making and transform how P&G operates, by influencing the key strategic decisions of General Management, and by embedding analytics into our core work processes. The majority of data analysts are advisors to P&G’s senior leadership keeping them abreast of the current market and competitive dynamics, and informing their ongoing understanding of:
- The ability to deliver business goals.
- How the P&G team should allocate its investments across its portfolio (markets & brands) of businesses to deliver the greatest returns.
Data Analysts at P&G are:
- Passionate about Analytics: Analytic skills are the foundation of this role.
- Business Leaders: They need to be effective communicators, self-motivated, and able to drive insights into actions that improve P&G’s business results. Business knowledge and interpersonal skills are required to thrive in a multifunctional leadership team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Statistics, Operation Research, Systems Engineering, Decisions Sciences, Applied Math, Economics, or any relevant quantitative degree.
- Demonstrated success in ineffective leadership, problem-solving and priority setting.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
- Passion to transform how decisions are made through ad hoc & scaled application of analytics.
- Demonstrated success at deriving insight from data and effectively communicating those insights to drive action.
- Strong technical & analytical skills (Power BI, R, Python, SAS, Knime, SQL, optimization, modeling).
- English fluency, Arabic is a plus.
