Office Management/ Administration Internship for Tunisians in Finland offered by ErasmusIntern

Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity for Tunisians in helsinki, Finland within WFL Publisher Ltd in the field of Office management/ Administration.

Internship duration and working hours:

Full-time for three months.

Eligible candidates:

1. Current undergraduate student or Bachelor degree.
2. English: Proficient User C1
3. Good computer skills, 
4. Good motivation.
5. Skype interview is needed.

Internship duties:

Bellows are some main tasks to be considered:

1. English language skills /Proof reading.
2. collecting and searching for data.
3. communicating with clients and sending information.
4. Marketing strategy
5. uploading data and information in scientific sites,
6. to design covers of books, journals and articles for social media use
7. using adobe programs such as page maker, photoshop, powerpoint tasks to prepare journal or book covers or layout for publications,
8. collecting information and arrange files,
9. promoting the company's activities or products,
10. Additional tasks and / or take part in ongoing office work.
