Opportunity description
Ruwwad Al-Tanmeya is launching a project for the Empowerment of Youth and to help young people develop their career path. The main aim of the project is to improve the employment opportunities of university graduates who are looking for opportunities that will enable them to work in the ICT sector in the future.
The project:
The project will be implemented in two stages:
- Stage 1: Raise the professional competence of a group of young men and women by engaging them in a training program aimed at building the skills and knowledge required by the labor market today.
- Stage 2: A selected group of young men and women who received training in the first stage will be enrolled in a 6-month specialized vocational training program with companies in the ICT sector.
Requirements:
Applicants for this project must:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in communications, information technology, information systems, or business management.
2. Not be working or enrolled in any study or training program.
3. Be within the age group (21-30 years).
4. Have a good level in English.
5. Have the desire to work and to comply fully with the requirements of the training program.
