Paid Internship in France: Store Manager Assistant

Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity for a Store Manager Assistant in different positions in Coton Doux based in Paris for a duration of 2-6 months for 2019. Coton Doux is a leading European brand, specializing in high-end original shirts for men, women, and children. Since the flagship store opened in Paris, it has successfully opened boutiques across France and further afield in Germany and Japan. In addition, Coton Doux has equally established itself as a key online retailer with the development of an online site and store. As a brand rooted principally in art, it is also committed to supporting fellow artists through various partnerships and sponsorships with leading art institutes such as the Louvre. As a Store Manager Assistant Intern at Coton Doux , you will be responsible for growing the brand’s international presence in the store, and will play a key part in the management of stores across France.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming international customers with your professionalism and your knowledge of the brand’s core principles and fundamentals (BTOC).
2. Developing and improving the performance of the shops.
3. Developing a rapport with the brand’s sales manager.
4. Analyzing sales.
5. Participating in the day-to-day upkeep of stores: Visual Merchandising, inventories, restocking, and inventory management.
6. Building customer loyalty and developing the clientele of Coton Doux.

Requirements:

1. A Student in a Business/Fashion School or University.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Good level of French (B1/B2).
4. Keen interest in the fashion industry and passionate about fashion.
5. Passion for commerce.
6. Excellent personal and communication skills.
7. Dynamic, versatile and proactive interns who offer positive contributions to the team at Coton Doux.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
9. This internship is only available to applicants with relevant learning or training agreements.

Benefits:

The internship salary will be €577.50 monthly, and accommodation will be provided.
