Erasmus Intern is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join the team for 2 months in Sense Experiential, an award-winning global brand experience agency in London, the United Kingdom for 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Define clear job profiles and descriptions for posting to recruitment websites.
- Screen potential candidates before bringing them in for in-person interviews with team members.
- Negotiate to start salary and benefits after the job has been offered.
- Work with senior management to budget for open positions.
- Handle internal job hiring if employees would like to move to a new department or brand.
Qualifications:
- Languages: English Independent User B1
- Level of Studies: Bachelor
