Opportunity description

Erasmus Intern is looking for a full-time Digital, Financial and Administrative Officer to be part of the Internship program that will take place at X23 Srl in Italy for 6 months. The financial/Administrative Officer to work together with the team in the management of international projects, controlling, auditing and reporting  The specific task will deal with supporting the senior managers in the periodical reporting, auditing and financial/administrative control with specific reference to international projects, including the elaboration of budget and financial check. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
  2. Excellent financial skills with the ability to work with digital monitoring and reporting tools.
  3. A strong interest in business and business development.
  4. An excellent understanding of information technology.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to early stage investors, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
  6. The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
  7. A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
  8. Languages: English (Independent User B2) and Italian (Basic User A2).
  9. Level of Studies: Master.
  10. No experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Good command in communicating with internal colleagues and the organization as a whole to gain agreement, usually from senior management.
  2. Capacity in supporting the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues related to the incubation and acceleration program at the hub.

Compensation: 

Financial compensation and reimbursement costs will be provided for the successful applicant.
