Remote Internship Opportunity in Digital Business Operations with Disney 2021

Disney offers an exceptional aninternship opportunity in Digital Business Operations Management. The successful applicant has to be enrolled in an MBA program; on track to graduate by summer 2022 OR must have graduated from an MBA program within 18 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to a website and app redesign by driving alignment on business objectives
2. Building/implementing a direct-to-consumer strategy, tracking development progress, measuring impact
3. Support the distribution/monetization of ABC News Live by measuring effectiveness and streamlining workflow with internal and external partners
4. Facilitate audience linkages with Disney’s direct-to-consumer businesses by developing/implementing an SVOD acquisition and retention strategy and optimizing promotional inventory

Basic Qualifications:

1. Collaborate well within a diverse team
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency with MS Office Suite
4. Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills, ability to build recommendations
5. Ability to work independently and function as a self-starter
6. Passionate about media and television; understand the impact
7. Comprehend the intersection of media and technology and how it fits into the big picture
8. Comfortable performing analysis, reporting out on results, and influencing leaders in strategic decision making
9. Must be at least 18 years of age
10. Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program concurrent to this internship
11. Must possess unrestricted work authorization

Work Environment:

• This internship is a remote internship.  The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated work space.
• The approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2021 through August 2021
• Candidate must be available to work full time hours for the duration of the internship
