The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is offering an internship opportunity within the South-South Cooperation Program on Climate Change (UNOSSC) for 3 months starting on 16 April 2018. The program aims to enable developing nations to effectively face their leading development challenges and harness global opportunities to address them, in tandem with monitoring progress, the applicant must have communication skills, openness to other cultures, and ability to work under pressure. Applicants should also understand the specifics of the international organizations, particularly UN/UNDP and its tasks and mandate. Social media experience is an asset.
This internship is unpaid, and the applicant is responsible for accommodation, visa and health insurance arrangements. The intern will be under the overall supervision of the Manager of Climate and Sustainability Program.
