Microsoft offers a full-time job opportunity for the position of senior account executive which gives you a chance to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with our most Strategic customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes. You will leverage your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute account strategies for various government accounts, ensuring that engagements generate substantial sales volumes that align with both Microsoft's and the customer’s objectives, budgets, and projections.
- It's crucial to comprehend the motivations behind the customer's drive for digital transformation and utilize this insight to mobilize internal teams towards expediting the customer’s digital transformation and strategies.
- Nurtures relationships and engages throughout multiple levels of the customer's organization to establish strong alignment and buy in for long-term goals.
- Leverages knowledge of and experience with Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customers' needs.
- Deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams.
- Lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives.
- Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.
- Lead partnerships across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, driving business growth or customer digital transformation and sales management.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND 6+ years of experience in Sales, driving business growth or customer digital transformation and sales management.
