ITP Media Group is accepting applications for Admin Internship, WatchPro Arabia in Dubai, UAE.
ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencers agency. We are one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ and Construction Week.
WatchPro is expanding and we are looking for an intern to support admin duties. This would involve putting together the distribution story of WatchPro Arabia. This role will be focused on data mining on luxury watches within the region.
Duties & responsibilities
The role will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Support the team with research projects
- Conducting extensive research
- Gathering and comparing resources
- Ensure data is factual
- Maintain detailed contact lists for various research projects
- Provide general support to the team
- Various ad hoc requests
Eligibility criteria
- Strong work ethics
- Knowledge of luxury watches is a plus
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
