Art project Coordinator Vacancy at Babil Games in Jordan

Babil Games is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as an Art project Coordinator. Assist the Art Team in coordinating and managing their projects and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

1. Document and track art workload and ensure that tasks are actionable and vetted by the required stakeholders.
2. Help to facilitate the art department's projects.
3. Assist the Art team to prioritize the department's workload and communicate that priority.
4. Assist the Art team in distributing the task among the Art team.
5. Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure prerequisite work is completed and clearly communicated to all required departments.
6. Act as a liaison between Babil Games and external studios.
7. Manage the communication between the Art department and external partners.
8. Assist the Art Director in information gathering and preparation of reports and other paperwork.
9. Schedule and facilitate meetings; recording video, audio, notes, and action items, as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

• EDUCATION: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Art or any related field.
• EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience preferably in mobile gaming companies.

• KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:    

1. Good knowledge of administrative practices and techniques.
2. Good Knowledge in report preparation.
3. Good knowledge and familiarity of the theory, principles, practices, and procedures of 3D and 2D Art.
