BI Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their team in Jordan. The selected candidate will support the development of state-of-the-art management solutions by actively engaging in the research, development, and delivery of systems, reports, and presentations. This role focuses heavily on the fields of HR, Organizational Design, and Strategy for top-tier clients across various sectors in the MENA region.
Duties & responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research, data collection, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Present insights using effective communication and data visualization tools and techniques.
Develop the required documents, reports, and presentations as per project requirements.
Support business development efforts by creating technical and financial proposals.
Support the design and development of data gathering and analysis tools.
Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions with the consulting team.
Provide clients with necessary support during project implementation.
Eligibility criteria
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
Experience or a strong understanding of HR, Organizational Design, and strategic consulting.
Excellent analytical skills for conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
Proficiency in creating reports, presentations, and data visualization tools.
Strong communication skills to support business development and client implementation.
